The Procera Premier Partner Program is an exclusive program targeting skilled partners who recognize and want to leverage the rapidly growing business opportunity surrounding Subscriber Quality of Experience (QoE), Policy Enforcement, and Data Analytics associated with today's broadband networks.
Our Premier Partner Program offers qualified partners the ability to profitably augment their current offerings, both product and service related, by adding Procera's ever expanding portfolio to their solutions set. We sell our solutions worldwide and currently have a presence in over 85 countries through our thousands of existing customers. This vast global footprint creates an extremely large target market potential and coverage model for those partners who meet the Premier Program requirements.
Procera is limiting the number of Premier Partners by geography and vertical orientation to maintain a high level of partner opportunity, as well as to provide a high level of investment in each of our Premier Partners.
Procera will work with each partner to deliver sales, technical, and support training to the partner's sales and technical teams. Training updates will be provided on a periodic basis as offerings evolve.
Procera facilitates, and strictly adheres to, deal registration for qualified opportunities supplied by the partner. For registered deals, Procera will provide differentiated sales support, including RFx assistance, joint meeting support, design assistance, and implementation guidance.
Procera will work exclusively with our Premier Partners to win registered deals and provide tangible profits for our partners.
Procera will exchange, assist with, and track qualified inbound customer sales leads for our Premier Partners.
Procera will invest in each partner to broaden market awareness and sales efforts where mutual benefit exists. Premier Partners also have access to MDF funds upon reaching jointly agreed revenue thresholds.
Inclusive of jointly branded collateral, social media, web assets, press releases, and event collaboration. Each Premier Partner will also have a detailed profile on Procera's web site.
Premier Partners will have access to a members only portal where they can interact with the Procera Sales Team, register deals, access sales leads, get the latest sales and training collateral, view and add references, and obtain exclusive partner news and event information.
Procera has an ever growing, tested and validated, solution portfolio that Premier Partners can leverage for their sales efforts. Premier Partners also have the opportunity to participate in Procera's Partner Advisory Board, a direct channel for providing feedback to Procera, advising on our product roadmap, and accessing pre-release software and products for testing.
Each partner has a unique approach and capability set, and we want to accelerate opportunity traction within our Premier Partners' coverage domains. Procera will work with each Premier Partner to craft and maintain a joint business plan, working with the local Procera Sales Team, to rapidly maximize the business potential and bilateral profitability of the relationship.
Premier Partners will have direct access to Procera's Professional Services and Subject Matter Experts groups to provide our customers with implementation and customization, as well as planning and design consultancy services. This allows our Premier Partners to resell Procera Services or utilize Procera Subject Matter Experts as needed.
Procera is strategically aligned with numerous best-of-breed NFV ecosystem partners. Premier Partners can leverage the innovative work done through these influential partnerships.
Procera is committed to building a strong and successful relationship with our Premier Partners.
For the protection of both parties, a joint NDA will be executed.
Associated with the joint business plan, a joint sales agreement will be executed to set expectations for the working relationship.
Procera will work with each Premier Partner to rapidly enable them for maximum results and benefits, utilizing an efficient, reasonable, and cost effective process.
Both Procera and the Premier Partner will name an Executive to sponsor the relationship for internal promotion, escalation incidents, and external communications.
With the frequency based on mutual business environment, deliveries in progress, and deals in play, Procera and our Premier Partner will hold regular status exchanges surrounding key metrics and action items.
