Tier-One Cable Operator Further Extends Use of Intelligent Policy Enforcement Technology

FREMONT, Calif., Sept. 14, 2011 - Procera Networks, Inc. ("Procera") (NYSE Amex: PKT), the intelligent policy enforcement company, today announced it has received a $6 million second follow-on order from a leading North American Cable MSO. This second follow-on order comes just six months after the MSO awarded an initial $2 million follow-on order in April 2011.

Procera's PacketLogic technology is being deployed in all of the MSO's geographies, replacing a leading competitor. Procera first won the operator's business in 2010 and expects further growth as the operator expands its footprint and continues the competitive replacement.

Business intelligence provided by Procera gives service providers accurate subscriber and service plan awareness that is critical to maintaining a high quality of experience and a personalized customer experience. In addition, Procera is working with the MSO to enhance its customer portals, thereby enabling a more interactive relationship with customers. This is due to the flexibility of Procera's PacketLogic Subscriber Management platform, and the ease of integrating with customer management systems.

The follow-on order consists of PacketLogic PL8720 series devices. Procera will recognize the revenue from this follow-on order over the next several quarters.
