Also calls for excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Procera Networks is looking for someone passionate about customer support to lead the organization as Vice President of Customer Service and SQA. The VP will be responsible for managing or creating all essential processes for our world-wide customer install base. These processes include both internal and external escalations, as well as, creating customer service metrics to indicate trends and track customer satisfaction. This position involves management of three regional TAC locations, with the possibility of opening up a fourth region soon. This role involves staffing, management of the organization and processes, and day to day operations of our customer service organization. Procera has an exciting opportunity for a training leader. We are looking for someone that can take the lead in formalizing a training program, both internally and externally, for a fast-growing company in a very exciting market. This position will be highly visible in the company, and will have the full support of the company to create a comprehensive training program. You will interact with the engineering, sales, and product teams to create compelling training material on the technology and operation of the PacketLogic solutions that we sell to customers around the world. This position will also create a “train-the-trainer” program that Procera can use to launch certified training partners worldwide, leveraging the material that will be created. The technical training role will be to conduct technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of basic and advanced use cases for the Procera product lines. You will interact with customers and partners to developspecifications for content of courses, prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements, and hardware documentation. You will work with engineering, technical support and product management to ensure that course material reflects current product features. You will instruct participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions and follow upto determine applicability of course material. Online training material is also highly desired, and an existing online training program can be leveraged to update this program. This position requires working knowledge of network infrastructure used in the service provider networks, and the willingness to dig into Procera’s technology and become an internal expert on the products. The material will cover both operational and technical aspects of the products, and will involve hands-on instruction work.
